Informational use
The price index is informational. Prices are on-demand list-price samples from open catalogs, refreshed roughly every six hours. They change constantly, may be stale, and don't reflect negotiated discounts, region availability, or provider terms. Prices are not guaranteed — verify current pricing and capacity with the provider before purchasing.
Not a provider or broker
NeoScalers is not a cloud provider and acts as an agent for none. Any purchase you make is between you and the provider.
Quote service
Submitting a quote request doesn't obligate you to buy anything. We review every request by hand and aim to reply within one business day, but matching is best-effort — we can't guarantee quotes from any particular provider.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the quote form (spam, automated bulk submissions) or the site's APIs beyond normal browsing. We may block or ignore requests that look abusive.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from reliance on index prices, quote matching, or site availability.
